SHIPPING

All goods are sent from Spain and can be shipped worldwide. Freight charges will appear from the order confirmation before you pay. We carefully pack goods in protective boxes to secure that products will arrive in perfect condition. However, if the content is damaged upon receipt, please report this to us immediately or at the latest 2 days after receipt to office@malvamalva.com

The delivery of each product may depend on different factors such as origin, availability of stock, holidays, etc. The delivery time is 3 to 5 working weeks.

Shipping cost

The shipping costs resulting from purchased items will be reflected in the final moment of purchase, and will depend on the destination. Clients can choose within a selection of shipping providers. However, malva office reserves the right to vary the type of shipping and transport company, according to availability.

Delivery

Please note that when shipping to outside of Europe the order will have to go through the customs authority for clearance – this is not included in the approximate delivery time.

Covid-19

You might experience delay in deliveries, since regulations are changing on a daily basis and this might prolong custom clearance and the like.

Brexit

All deliveries of UK orders will unfortunately be delayed due to BREXIT.
Every order will be processed in compliance with the current legislation. More information will follow.

Cancellations

The Customer may not request the cancellation of the order once payment has been made.

REFUND POLICY

Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

The products must be returned in the same condition as it was when received, in the same original packaging. Returns and exchanges shipping price is not covered by us, and if the product were to arrive in a different condition than when received, the amount would not

be refunded. This is specially important for us as we sell decorative pieces made of raw materials, that if broken, cannot be fixed.

If you wish to return your order, please contact us by email with your order number, and the reason for returning. Please contact us at office@malvamalva.com before sending back the item, and we will provide you with directions for return.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

When we have received the item and approved the return, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 14 days. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please remember to keep your post office receipt as a documentation that the goods have been sent.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at office@malvamalva.com and we will provide you with the shipping address details.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
